  2. Ethical Conduct: Integrity and ethical behavior are non-negotiable in our collaborative efforts. Together, we are committed to upholding the highest ethical standards and fostering a professional environment that is inclusive, free from abuse, discrimination, and harassment of any kind.

  3. Confidentiality and Limited Use: Throughout the course of our work, we both may share proprietary information and contacts. It is imperative that such information is treated with the utmost confidentiality and is used exclusively within the context of our collaboration. Sharing or using this information for purposes outside of our work together is strictly prohibited.

  4. Time Management: We place great importance on a balanced work-life dynamic, and we hope you will respect this choice. To ensure this, we maintain consistent working hours during the week and strive to keep exceptions to a minimum. Barring exceptions like launch weeks or special events, we are generally available between 8 am and 6 pm Monday – Friday.

  5. Communication Standards: The fields of publicity and marketing are known for their fast pace. To seize the most advantageous opportunities, it's crucial that we maintain open and timely communication during our work hours. We commit to responding to emails within a reasonable timeframe, typically within 48 business hours, and expect clients to be similarly responsive to queries and requests.

  6. Right to Decline: It is essential to recognize that neither party is obligated to accept every opportunity that arises. We respect your autonomy in making decisions, and we, too, retain the right to decline pitches to outlets that do not align with the core mission and values of Pellien Public Relations.

  7. Guarantee of effort, not outcomes: The outcome of any publicity or marketing campaign depends upon many factors, and no publicity or marketing consultant can guarantee results, media coverage, or events. That said, we can promise that we will make every effort and put in the time to try to secure impactful results for our clients.
